This includes conceptual layouts of the actual facility and feasibility studies (business case reports) to ascertain the viability and potential earnings to be generated from the complex.

Having used venues in so many countries across the Asia-Pacific region we know what works and what doesn't. So why would you engage an architect or engineer that has no experience in the field of driver training?

And it continues to amaze us, the government grants given to motorsport clubs for the establishment of driver training venues and yet the motorsport club does not seek to consult with driver training providers and thus builds something that suits their needs but does not suit the original purpose of the funding provided.

The millions of dollars of tax payers money invested into establishing facilities that are not fit for purpose is astounding. Surely better oversight is needed!
