RELEASE & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT |

TO SAFE DRIVE TRAINING (AUST) PTY LTD IN CONSIDERATION OF SAFE DRIVE TRAINING (AUST) PTY LTD AGREEING TO PROVIDE PRACTICAL INSTRUCTION IN THE TECHNIQUES OF ADVANCED/PERFORMANCE DRIVER TRAINING, I, THE UNDER SIGNED, SEVERALLY FOR MYSELF, MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS, DO HEREBY;
1. Release and discharge Safe Drive Training (AUST) Pty Ltd and it's principals, it's employees, agents, sponsors and servants from all actions, suits, causes of actions and/or suits, claims and/or demands whatsoever that might at any time hereafter arise against Safe Drive Training (AUST) Pty Ltd and it's principals, it's employees, agents or servants for, or in respect of, any death or injury to myself or any person or company howsoever arising, or any loss or damage to property howsoever arising or occurring in the course of or in connection with practical driver training.
2. Agree to keep Safe Drive Training (AUST) Pty Ltd and it's principals, it's employees, agents, sponsors and servants indemnified from, and against, all actions, suits, causes or action, claims and demands whatsoever, which I or any person or company may at any time hereafter have against Safe Drive Training (AUST) Pty Ltd and it's principals, it's employees, agents or servants for, or in respect of, any death or injury to myself or any person, or any loss or damage to property arising in the course of, or in connection with, the participation by me in such practical driver training.
3. Acknowledge that I have read this entire enrolment document and understand the document and its legal consequences.

If using your own vehicle; you agree and confirm
- to the best of your knowledge that your vehicle is roadworthy and suitable for the training activity being booked
- you will not drift your vehicle (deliberate high speed sliding) as you understand that all venues used do not allow drifting
- if asked you will submit your vehicle for noise testing and accept if it is deemed too loud for the activity being undertaken (you will not attend if your exhaust has been modified to make the vehicle very loud). All venues used have strict noise limits
- you understand that burnouts, playing loud music, bringing pets, operating drones, riding scooters are all banned activities

- that your driving is being filmed by dashcams and CCTV cameras and that engine management software is recording your use of the vehicles controls and safety systems (data that can be downloaded for review or as evidence)
- you will not drift the vehicle (deliberate high speed sliding) as you understand that all venues used do not allow drifting
- you will not misuse the vehicle and/or switch on or off safety systems or vehicle systems that could damage the vehicle
- that the vehicles supplied are fully insured with no excess payable for an accident during training but deliberate misuse or gross negligence may result in insurance excess for damage or payment being required to rectify mechanical damage caused
